Founded by two French-Vietnamese brothers in 2020 and officially incorporated in January 2021, 2 SnailS TC is specialized in the artisan production of organic freeze-dried snail secretion. Based in the south of Vietnam (Dong Nai province), we have become a key player serving the growing needs of the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
2 SnailS TC is a human-scale company with a dynamic team of around fifteen permanent employees, supported by about thirty seasonal collaborators throughout the year. This structure helps us to maintain a friendly and collaborative working environment.
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. 2 SnailS TC carefully supervises every stage, from snail farming to final packaging. Secretion, freeze-drying, and labeling are performed in strict accordance with safety and hygiene standards, which is an essential commitment to deliver an exceptional and high-quality product.

Origin of the snails
Our snails are local to Dong Nai province. During the monsoon season, gastropods invade fields and rice paddies in rural Vietnam. Farmers capture them because they are considered pests that damage crops. 2 SnailS TC works with local farmers to help control snail proliferation.
A gastropod nursery is planned to expand the farm, replace older snails, and ensure continuity of supply during the dry season.
Farming conditions
To guarantee an exceptional secretion quality, 2 SnailS TC has carefully recreated the snails’ natural living conditions. They are raised outdoors on more than 2,000 m² divided into several enclosures. Limits are in place to ensure their safety and protect them from predators.
The site uses local brown soil suitable for agriculture and snail farming. The snails are fed daily with a rich, balanced diet sourced mainly from our own agricultural plots and nearby farmers. Trees and greenery further support their well-being.
Secretion
The secretion is collected mainly by hand. It is then freeze-dried according to 2 SnailS TC’s specifications to preserve all active components of the mucus. The final product is 99.9% pure freeze-dried snail secretion.
The company and its social mission
2 SnailS TC works closely with several Vietnamese families. We chose to establish ourselves in the countryside for multiple reasons: an ideal location for collection and farming; creating local jobs; facilitating access to work for people with reduced mobility; helping farmers manage pests that invade their fields and rice paddies; and enjoying a clean environment away from urban pollution.
We continuously train and coach local families to work full-time at our farming and production site until they meet our standards for quality, reliability, and long-term commitment. During the rainy season, we also collaborate with several other families for snail collection.
For snail feed, 2 SnailS TC prioritizes fresh ingredients from our own farm and from surrounding farmers.

Production process
2 SnailS TC has chosen an artisanal harvesting approach: producing high-quality snail secretion while respecting ethical and sustainable principles.
It starts with responsible farming that reproduces the snails’ natural environment. They are fed a rich, balanced diet made from plant-based, organic ingredients. Their well-being is a priority, because healthy snails produce richer and more effective secretion.
Collection is carefully done by hand, taking great care not to stress the snails. This artisanal approach preserves product quality and all active components while respecting the animal’s natural life cycle.
Once collected, the secretion is immediately filtered and processed before being freeze-dried. Although demanding, this method preserves the active properties without adding preservatives or chemical additives. The result is a pure, concentrated fine powder ideal for cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulations.
Each batch of freeze-dried secretion undergoes strict analyses in line with safety and hygiene standards. We thus guarantee a high-quality product, ready for use by our international partners.
